Videos are not loading #1364

Greetings, I am facing issues running the course videos on my iPad. The videos fail to play on Safari, and in chrome it gets stuck on buffering. Can you please fix this issue?

Hi Mohammed, thanks for opening an issue. We tried to open different videos within the RCP Training in different browsers and all played well. Are you having issues with a specific video? If you are also having issues while using chrome I asume that your internet connection is not stable or your bandwith is too low. Could you please check this? Best regards, Jennifer
