On section 1.2, after including the seven plug-ins as dependencies, it’s recommended to remove the version numbers, right? I think this could be added as a note after the inclusion.

For MANIFEST dependencies it is typical fine to leave them is as they are the minimum requirements. I added that as note: NOTE: The added version numbers are minimum version numbers, so they still allow you to use a newer version of the plug-in but prevent you from using an older version which may not have the API you are planning to use.
