I went through the animated gif frame by frame and what the issue seems to be is that the animation involves clicking Apply right before running and 24) doesn’t mention this required step, which presumably means that the run configuration run doesn’t actually use the added plug-ins and that’s why it doesn’t work. When I include Apply as part of my process, it works.
